Here at Arlec Property Services Ltd, we have more than 20 years of experience within the building and property industries. Although we focus mainly on extensions, maintenance, and refurbishments, we do offer most other types of building work, to either private home-owners or commercial business owners. We are able to adapt to any type of work provided to us, and are currently working with MyBuilder as well as insurance companies and a major housing association. Our time-served tradesmen take on jobs of all sizes, and offer a 12-month guarantee on all work carried out.

Arlec Property Services Ltd has recently worked on a TV show for Channel 4 called ‘Help! My House is Falling Down’, where our plasterers completed work on a property to such a high standard that even the client singled out our work. As well as featuring on TV, we also sponsor a local football team, Moorside Rangers and Salford Red Devil Super League player, Tyrone McCarthy.
